Terms of Service & EULA - River IQ: River Crossing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing River IQ: River Crossing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

2. Grant of License

Developer NGOC THANG TRUONG grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the game on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to River IQ—including but not limited to game code, state machine algorithms, character illustrations, vector artwork, sound effects, music, and puzzle narrative text—are the exclusive property of NGOC THANG TRUONG. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game package.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the game assets or levels.
Distribute, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the software.
Bypass or attempt to disable any technological protections or digital integrity measures.

5. In-App Purchases & Pricing

If applicable, all purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) are processed securely through Apple StoreKit and are governed by Apple's standard terms, conditions, and refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

River IQ is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hardware configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the game.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer laws without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
