This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game application River IQ: River Crossing (Bundle ID: com.thangtn.rivercrossing), developed and published by NGOC THANG TRUONG. We are committed to maintaining a completely safe, private, and transparent environment for players of all ages.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Our application operates entirely client-side on your device. We do NOT collect:

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user accounts.
• No Location Data: We do not access GPS, Wi-Fi location, or IP-based geographic coordinates.
• No Tracking & Analytics: We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, crash trackers, or advertising trackers (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or AppsFlyer).
• No Advertising Identifiers: We do not access Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). River IQ is completely free of third-party banner and video ads.

3. Local Device Data Storage

All game data is saved strictly locally on your physical device file system (within your sandbox directory at user://river_save.dat). This local storage includes:

• Your unlocked puzzle level progression (Chapters 1 through 6).
• Your best move count and computed Brain IQ scores per completed level.
• Your preferred UI language (chosen from the 10 supported locales).
• Your sound effects and background music volume preferences.

This data never leaves your device and is erased if you choose to uninstall the application.

4. Device Permissions

River IQ requires minimal device permissions to function:

• Photo Library (Optional - Write Only): When you successfully complete major puzzle milestones, you may optionally tap "Save IQ Certificate" to export a commemorative card image. In this event, iOS will ask for permission to save that image to your Photos library. The app only writes the single exported image and never reads or scans your existing photos.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

River IQ is rated for ages 4 and up (Family / Education). We fully comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and global child safety standards. Because we do not collect personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

6. Third-Party Services

The core gameplay is completely offline and self-contained. The application does not communicate with external advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect future software enhancements. Any updates will be published directly on this website with an updated Effective Date.
